In seawater desalination via reverse osmosis, the ratio of purified water (permeate) to waste water (concentrate) typically ranges from 1:1.5 to 1:2.5
In concrete terms, this means that approximately 30 to 40 liters of drinking water are obtained from 100 liters of seawater, while 60 to 70 liters are discharged as highly concentrated brine. 
This means: 35% of 13 liters is 4,55 × 60 minutes = 273 liters per hour.
The pump's flow rate without reverse osmosis is 780 liters per hour.
